CERVANTES LAW FIRM (Toronto) is growing and we are looking for a Junior Commercial Litigation Lawyer (1 or 2 years of experience, post-call) who is seeking to continue gaining experience in commercial litigation and grow with us. We are looking for someone with excellent drafting, advocacy, research, and written/oral communication skills, and with an ability to adapt to a wide variety of practice areas within commercial law. Interest in transportation and import-export law is a plus. Full fluency in Spanish, Mandarin or French is an asset, though not a requirement. Calls to both the Ontario and Québec bars is an asset but not a requirement.
