Job Analysis: Assistant General Counsel — Molson Coors Molson Coors is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join its Americas Legal & Government Affairs team, based in Toronto, Ontario . Candidate Requirements Qualifications: Law degree (LL.B. / J.D.) and active membership in good standing with a provincial bar. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of combined law firm and in-house experience, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage industry. Core Competencies: Proven technical legal expertise paired with strong business acumen; exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills; and a demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
