Experience representing clients before both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, legal research, and drafting abilities. Previous experience supervising or mentoring legal support staff is considered an asset. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills. A valid British Columbia driver's licence. The ability and willingness to travel throughout British Columbia when required.
