Acting in a wide range of commercial litigation disputes, including contractual claims, commercial lease enforcement, employment matters, injunctive relief, shareholder disputes, and real estate and construction lien litigation. Taking full carriage of files, including drafting pleadings, conducting discoveries, arguing motions, engaging in dispute resolution processes, and appearing at trial.   Qualifications: 8+ years of solid experience in insolvency law, debt collection, and general commercial litigation. Proven expertise in handling secured transactions and receivership matters. Strong advocacy, drafting, and litigation skills, with courtroom experience on contested matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client relationship-building is key.
