Cartel Inc. has been retained by a thriving law firm in Vaughan to assist in the recruitment of a motivated and capable Real Estate Associate Lawyer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing practice with a strong reputation in residential and commercial real estate law.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in real estate law, including residential purchases, sales, mortgage refinancing, and private lending.
• Experience acting for private lenders is strongly preferred.
• The ability to independently manage files from open to close with minimal supervision.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and support a team of real estate clerks.
• A high level of professionalism, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Technical Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
• Proficient with Teraview, Lawyer Done Deal (RealtiWeb), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
