Purpose:
Reporting to the Manager, Library Operations, this position provides assistance to Circulation staff , facilitates access to library study space for Osgoode students, and other related duties.
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
Library experience preferred. Experience working in a post-secondary education environment preferred. Familiarity with library information systems, room reservation systems, or related online databases preferred. Familiarity with law library resources preferred.
Skills:
Excellent customer service skills.
Good interpersonal and communications skills. ability to answer questions in a clear, concise and professional manner.
Ability to deal courteously, professionally and effectively with patrons
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to multitask
