Overview
Are you a litigation lawyer with experience conducting trials in the civil courts of British Columbia? Do you have an interest in workers’ compensation or occupational health and safety? As a Legal Officer III, you’ll conduct litigation on behalf of WorkSafeBC, including drafting pleadings and other documents, and preparing for and appearing in civil courts on behalf of WorkSafeBC. At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices based on the operational needs of the position.
In this role, you’ll work partly from home and partly in our Richmond, B.C. office.

Salary: $53.08 - $68.61/hourly
