Accompany lawyers to court hearings, and immigration proceedings, actively participating in the immigration litigation process. Take detailed notes, assist in organizing evidence and case materials, and support lawyers during proceedings. Assist in drafting legal documents related to immigration cases, such as applications for visa petitions, motions, and Start up Visas etc.. Support the management of immigration case files, organizing documents, and maintaining an organized database of evidence, correspondence, and immigration records. Regularly monitor and update case progress, ensuring timely filings and adherence to court deadlines. Requirements: Law Degree:  Completion or near-completion of a law degree from an accredited law school. Articling Placement:  Enrolled or eligible to be enrolled in an articling program approved by the Law Society of Ontario. Research and Writing Skills:  Strong legal research and writing abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex legal issues and present findings concisely and effectively. Communication Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients. Attention to Detail:  Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing legal documents and case materials.
