My client, a respected and well-established law firm in Kelowna, is seeking a driven and ambitious Associate Lawyer to join their growing team. Qualifications and Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (J.D.).

• Current member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

• Two to five (2-5) years of relevant legal experience.

• Strong advocacy skills supported by sound judgment, conflict resolution abilities, and effective negotiation techniques.

• Excellent research and writing skills with the ability to analyze and navigate complex legal issues.

• Proven client management and practice management capabilities.

• A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with lawyers and support staff.

• A genuine interest in becoming engaged in the local community to build professional connections, generate referrals, and help expand your practice.
