Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Law Clerk, Investments, the Law Clerk, Investments will provide corporate governance and investment operational support to Investment Management, Investment Finance, Tax, Risk, Compliance and the Investments Legal Team with respect to HOOPP’s global Capital Markets and Private Markets investments.
The Law Clerk, Investments will be responsible for supporting the management and maintenance of information about HOOPP’s investment entities and subsidiaries (including relevant information for reports to HOOPP’s Board of Trustees), with a particular focus on HOOPP’s real estate investments. The Law Clerk, Investments will also review and complete global investment-related documents and maintain relevant regulatory filings while working with a dynamic group of individuals who foster an inclusive and collaborative culture while delivering exceptional legal services.
