We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our growing Forensics and Litigation Support Services team. Responsibilities Participate in the proposal process and help support the implementation, administration and management of client projects Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, templates, PowerPoint presentations and correspondence with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness Support the delivery of high-quality client service to ensure client needs and are responded to in a timely, accurate and professional manner Tailor documents to meet specific requirements, including text and graphic representation of summarized information and communication materials Enter, review and maintain client records in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform Review upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team: coordinate logistics and flow of work to specific team members for review/signature Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence and deadlines. This may include but is not limited to: Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and travel arrangements Record minutes at various meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly Assist in the creation of presentations Create, maintain and update spreadsheets Maintain paper and electronic paper filing systems Review, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers Support leader(s) through calendar and travel management, invoicing and A/R Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry through experiential learning with clients Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be to provide support to the Edmonton Office, while also extending assistance to other offices throughout the Prairies region.
