immediate opening for a Property Paralegal – Residential/Commercial.


Working as part of a collaborative team, you will:


Draft a wide range of legal documents and correspondence;

Analyze property surveys, draft deeds/transfers and associated

Prepare or fulfill requirements of real estate closing undertakings; and

Act as a liaison between lawyers, clients and other firms, as well as
internal departments and external affiliates.



2 - 5 plus years of experience working in a real estate assistant or
property paralegal role;

Extensive experience in property transactions;

Legal Assistant or Paralegal diploma from a recognized post-secondary

Above average proficiency in Microsoft applications and typing skills;

Bilingualism is considered an asset.
