What you’ll do
As Legal Counsel (Mark’s), you will serve as an integral part of the dynamic and well-positioned Canadian Tire Legal team, specifically supporting the marketing, intellectual property and information technology teams across our enterprise, although you will be based out of our Calgary Mark’s office where you will have the unique opportunity to also work one-on-one with many executives on that team. In that capacity, you will work on a variety of licensing agreements, commercial agreements, marketing campaigns, intellectual property issues leading to organic and external growth opportunities, and special projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled junior lawyer with a keen business sense, a passion for the field, the ability to handle high volume, and a desire to make a meaningful contribution, to join an exceptional legal team at one of the leading Canadian retail organizations.
