This person provides customer service.   General Information on the Position   Main Responsibilities   Carries out various administrative activities as regards insurance polices for new applications, requests for modifications, premium adjustments, redemption requests, etc., including analyzing requests, determining eligibility, and requesting proof of insurability or guarantees, if necessary. Establishes eligibility for special rates, validates the adequacy of the information and documentation required for files, according to the company's standards and practices.
