The Paralegal, Child and Youth Services, reviews, analyses and evaluates applications for Representation Grants under the Wills, Estates and Succession Act, the Estate Administration Act, Notices to Proceed under the Limitation Act and supports PGT lawyers with large, complex, sensitive and, at times, high-profile client cases.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your resume and cover letter must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Completion of a recognized Paralegal Certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years of satisfactory work experience working in a legal office.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

    Preference may be given to candidates with the following:
  • 5 years of experience working in a legal office.
  • Experience working in personal injury, civil litigation and estate law.
