As a global law firm with offices across Canada, the U.K., Europe, the Middle East and Asia, we pride ourselves on sourcing and retaining top talent who bring energy, passion and commitment to the delivery of outstanding client service.
When it comes to diversity, we not only accept it — we celebrate it, support it and thrive on it. To create an engaging and rewarding place to work, we seek to attract talented people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures. Our aim is to help everyone reach their full potential and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Employee satisfaction is important to us. We work hard to ensure that our people are motivated, engaged and empowered. Our diverse group of legal professionals, law students, law clerks/paralegals, legal administrative assistants and business support staff work together as a team, and are respected and valued for their individual contributions.
As part of an international law firm, we are involved in a wide-range of local, national and international matters. We practice at the highest level; doing the sophisticated work demanded by some of the biggest businesses in Canada, and several of the Fortune 500. We are trusted advisors, giving advice that is timely, focused and practical. We are a fun group and clients like to work with us.
Our Community boasts two of the highest-ranked universities in the country, great public schools, an entrepreneurial spirit and many cultural, culinary, sporting and retail amenities which are attractive to busy professionals. It is a terrific place to live and work.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work with exciting entrepreneurs in the infancy of their endeavours, as well as the largest and most prestigious global companies. Our Waterloo Regional office, presently boasting 50 lawyers in multiple disciplines, will provide an ideal forum within which the successful candidate can build expertise and shape a solid practice with attentive mentorship along the way.
