About Our Team

Revera’s legal department provides a full range of legal services in a variety of areas, including construction and development, real property financing, acquisitions and divestitures, joint venture transactions, leasing, litigation management, intellectual property matters and health law matters.  We also review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and provide advice on corporate governance, privacy and other regulatory matters.

We are looking for a new lawyer to join our team with the following skills and qualifications: 

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a real estate lawyer OR 2 to 4 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer
  • Large firm experience
  • Must be proactive, self-disciplined and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity
  • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities and strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented; able to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work and workflow
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive the practical application of legal concepts in a business setting
