Provides direct administrative assistance to appropriate Solicitors. The role performs a variety of legal and administrative functions and carries out general litigation, arbitration, and hearing procedures as directed. The role also monitors and maintains documents, and resources.

Education and Experience
Enrolment in or completion of a post-secondary education in a law clerk and/or legal administrative certificate/diploma program or the equivalent combined with broad work experience in a similar or related legal environment
