The Executive Assistant – Legal provides confidential administrative support to the VP, General Counsel & Secretary and the broader legal department at Coke Canada. This role requires discretion, confidentiality and a detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures, and people. The Executive Assistant - Legal advises, supports, assists, coordinates, and collaborates on projects which are highly complex, and involve creation and oversight of support in the Legal team. They will act as link between the VP and managers, staff, outside agencies and the public. They will provide full administrative assistance including scheduling and organizing meetings (including board meetings), preparing documents and presentation materials, screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries and phone calls and drafting letters and official information releases. The Executive Assistant - Legal will also book travel via the booking system and handle diary management.
