ONA is seeking to hire a Legal Secretary/Office Manager/Labour Relations Assistant for our North District Service Team (WDST), Orillia Office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support by handling legal and administrative tasks, document database management, transcribing amendments to contracts to support our Labour Relations Officers and Litigators in the field and providing general office coordination.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise, judgment and independence to provide advanced-level administrative coordination and support across her/his team with a professional and service-focused approach. With high attention to detail and exemplary initiative, the successful candidate will be accountable for providing support to members and staff, and in collaboration with our Labour Relations Officers, in a manner that is consistent with our member values.
