The Toronto office of Baker McKenzie seeks an associate with 4 to 6 years experience serving clients within the life science/healthcare industry, especially patent litigation. Health regulatory and/or PMPRB. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing and analytical skills, work well with our Canadian team of IP litigation lawyers and will have the opportunity to integrate into our North American IP team, which is highly collegial, collaborative and client-driven.
