Currently, we're on the hunt for exceptional Life Sciences lawyers to join our ranks with:

  • 5+ years of experience at a top law firm with exceptional academic credentials
  • In-house experience at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or other life sciences company
  • Experience drafting and negotiating life sciences related commercial contracts (e.g. clinical trials, research agreements, supply, manufacturing, distribution,) and/or other agreements
  • Experience providing legal advice for a wide range of healthcare regulatory matters
  • Ability to work onsite in the GTA
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada

The responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters
  • Providing practical legal advice and support on business matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement and an innovative approach to legal issues in support of strategic business initiatives and objectives
