Mackenzie is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Legal Counsel in the Legal Department. Reporting to the Vice President, Legal, you will work closely with a group of legal professionals and business leaders on a range of securities and general corporate/commercial matters, including the preparation of prospectuses and other continuous disclosure filings, as well as advising on policy and regulatory matters, product development, and other areas relevant to Mackenzie’s businesses.
