Real Estate Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Providing clerical, administrative and general office support
Handling all aspects related to residential and commercial real estate transactions, following through with final reports to clients in a timely fashion
Creating, formatting and reviewing documents
Co-ordinating initial meetings and gathering required documents from clients to open files
Maintain files, complete filing, enter dockets and account preparation
Experience with Word, Excel, Conveyancer and Teraview required
Experience with syndicate mortgages would be a definate asset
