Adecco is seeking a qualified Bilingual Legal Administrator for a permanent, full-time role in Dartmouth! As a Bilingual Legal Administrator, you would manage assigned files to complete the delivery of legal and/or non-legal documents according to the client Service Agreement requirements. Responsibilities: - Complete or facilitate the completion of Affidavits relating to completed Process Serving - Report to the Legal Support Services Manager for timely and efficient administration of client files - Making accurate and appropriate decisions - Maintaining accurate records - Maintaining a neat and orderly work space - Ability to takeover peers workload/portfolio in case of absence - Timely and effective communication with Senior Management and peers Qualifications: - 1-2 years of Legal Administrator experience - Exhibit strong work ethic - Able to meet strict deadlines - Process Serving Experience an asset - Knowledge of multi-provincial - Affidavit preparation If you are interested in this position, apply today at www.adecco.ca!
