This position offers the opportunity for a practice in Labour and Employment law within a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing clients before judicial, specialized and administrative tribunals as well as in first collective agreements and collective agreement renewals. The person we are looking for will also have advised clients on employment, disciplinary actions, performance, termination, individual or collective dismissal, disability, human rights and investigations in the workplace issues. The candidate will be creative, have a sound judgment and demonstrate a good business sense with strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French. The candidate will be determined, focused on client service, detail oriented and a team player. Finally, the candidate must be a member in good standing of the Québec Bar.
