Have an excellent understanding of all elements of civil litigation, including:
Procedures under the Newfoundland and Labrador Rules of Court, and Small Claims Court.
Have worked as a paralegal/law clerk, with specific experience as an insurance defence paralegal being a definite asset.
College diploma or university degree in an appropriate field.
