Our Montreal office is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Legal Assistant to join our growing litigation practice. This person will work with our team of leaders in the IP and legal industries. Working closely with two young lawyers, this person will provide administrative assistance for this team in order to help them to tenaciously defend and assert our clients’ IP assets against their competitors. The ideal candidate will be someone who is professional, analytical, positive, calm, dependable and team-orientated. Responsibilities: Preparation and filing of client and court documents Monitoring and responding to filing deadlines and other time sensitive matters General administrative duties including time entry, preparation of billings and file management Responding to clients and other parties Other duties may be assigned or amended as required.
